Size: 210 × 147 × 18 mm.

Size of leaf: 205 × 133 mm.

A few marginal notes, mainly extracting key words, partial manuscript foliation: 1-42, and a table with numbers on m6r in the same contemporary German hand that inscribed the ownership note.

On b4r a three-line initial is supplied in red.

Provenance: Beyharting, Bavaria, Augustinian Canons Regular, S. Johannes Baptista; inscription on a1r: ‘Cœnobij Beyharting'. Duplicate from the Royal Library, Munich; ‘Dupl' on a1r and probable duplicate number ‘1485' in pencil on m6v. Acquired between 1847 and c.1892, probably in 1850; not in Catalogus (1843) with Appendix.
