Binding: Nineteenth-century gold-tooled calf with the gold stamp of the Bodleian Library on both covers.

Size of leaf: 330 × 223 mm.

On c2r a 13-line initial ‘I' is supplied in red, decorated with blue; other three- to 12-line initials, with extensions into the margins, and paragraph marks are supplied in red or blue; running headings and book numbers are supplied in red, also foliation numbers: 1-250; capital strokes and underlining in red.

Provenance: Erased ownership or library stamp on a1r. Georg Franz Burkhard Kloß (1787-1854)(?); possibly the copy purchased at his sale (1835), lot 2599, for £0. 11. 0; see Books Purchased (1835). 18.
