Provenance: Juan Antonio Otazo (sixteenth century); cropped inscription on C7v: ‘Este libro de Don Juan Antonio Otazo camarero del Duque del Imfantado mi señor. Guarde Dios muchos años como deseo e es menester quien se lo hara deselo'.
