Vitus; inscription on a1r: 'Pertinet domui sancti Viti in Prwll: ord'. carthusieñ prope ratispanā. 1494' and on D10v: 'Pertinet domui sancti Viti in pryell ordinis carthusiensium'. Duplicate from the Royal Library, Munich; ‘Dupl' and ‘59' in pencil on a1r. Acquired between 1847 and c.1892, probably in 1850; not in Catalogus (1843) with Appendix.
