Binding: Contemporary English blind-panelled and blind-tooled calf over wooden boards; one catch and clasp lost. On both covers intersecting triple fillets form a frame within which is a rose panel: see Oldham, Blind Panels, 33, pl. xxxviii, Ro. 8.

Some early marginal annotations, consisting mainly of ‘nota' marks.
