Binding: Sixteenth-century(?) parchment with two ties lost.

Size: 143 × 103 × 12 mm.

Size of leaf: 138 × 95 mm.

Early notes on i12v and on the damaged front pastedown, which has been raised and then glued down again. Cropped early marginal annotations, apparently in the same hand as the notes on i12v, and including comments on the text, ‘nota' marks, and pointing hands; also underlining in the text in black ink.

Provenance: [ ] Maurellot (fl. c.1500); inscription on i12v: ‘De Maurellot'. Anatole Claudin; no. 98738; ticket attached to the recto of the front endleaf. Purchased from Claudin for 45 Francs; see Library Bills, 10 July 1900.
