Ten copies of the folio sheet containing the tract, measuring 345-353 × 155-242 mm., all cropped and some also mutilated, but between them making up the whole text. At one time the sheets were folded in quarto.

Manuscript notes, mainly commenting on the text or extracting key words, in Latin and English, in Crag's hand.

Provenance: John Crag (†by 21 Mar. 1553); inscription on item 5: ‘Liber Joannis Crag. Dedi bibliopole Herfordensi Ingle[ ] nuncupato pro isto et sex reliquis libris biblie xliijs iiijd quod emi Ludlowie anno dominice incarnationis millesimo quingentesimo decimo circiter diem nundinarum(?) Lichefeldensium'. Date of acquisition unknown.
