Some early running book-numbers in the upper margin; occasional early ‘nota' marks; names of Italian towns on a1r. Pencil drawings on a6r. Bibliographical notes by Heber on the recto of the front endleaf.

Provenance: Crema, Lombardy, Dominicans; inscription on a1r in a sixteenth-century hand: ‘Conuentus Sancti Dominici de Crema', also shelfmarks: ‘A III/12 [cancelled] 59'. J. Mackinlay.
