Binding: Early nineteenth-century sheep, according to a note by Graham Pollard (Library Records c.1054; Sheppard records that it is a vellum binding), with a red morocco label stamped in gilt on the spine.

Irregular early manuscript foliation: 1-71. Some early numbering in the margins in black ink.
Provenance: London, British Museum; stamp in red on [*1r]; acquired on 2 May 1867, stamps on i7v, and [*2v]; shelfmarks: ‘3832.e.8';‘IA.27789'; duplicate, stamps dated 11 Oct. 1913 on i7v, and [*2v].
