Binding: Contemporary blind-tooled calf over wooden boards, with remains of metal catch on the upper cover and of two leather catches on the lower cover, attached to the board by two circular brass nails. Rebacked. Triple fillets form a quintuple frame. Within the second and fourth frame a lozenge-shaped lattice roll. Brass nails at each corner of the third frame, some now lost, and in the lower edge of both covers.
Size: 275 × 205 × 60 mm.
Size of leaf: 259 × 195 mm.
A few marginal notes, mainly extracting key words and correcting the text, in an early hand.
Initials (sometimes with reserved white decoration), paragraph marks, and chapter heading underlining are supplied in red. Capital strokes in red.
Provenance: Liège, Augustinian Canons Regular, S. Leonardus; inscription on a1r: ‘Liber fratrum Regularium in sancto Leonardo iuxta Leodiu[m]. Emptus de pec[unia?] conuentus'; right below, in a later hand: ‘Liber Regularium sancti Leonardi prope Leodium'; below, in a seventeenth-century hand: ‘Fr.
