Leaf a3r, l. 21 reads: ‘[P]Rīa declīatio [per] ꝑ quot genera declinat˜ . . .’

Binding: Eighteenth/nineteenth-century parchment; manuscript title at head of the spine; sprinkled blue-edged leaves.
