Size: 220 × 160 × 12 mm.

Size of leaf: 210 × 146 mm.

A few marginal notes, mainly extracting key words, in an early German hand, probably that of J. Schwartz. ‘4' in brown ink and ‘17' in pencil on a1r.

Provenance: Johannes Schwartz (sixteenth century); name deleted on a1r. Duplicate from the Royal Library, Munich; ‘Dupl' on a1r. Purchased from Caspar Haugg for 10 Marks, catalogue 78 (1885), no. 167; see Library Bills (1885), no. 381.
