Duplicate from the Royal Library, Munich; ‘Dpl' in red pencil on the front pastedown; number ‘1465' in pencil on the back pastedown, and on a slip of paper between d1 and d2. Acquired between 1847 and c.1892, probably in 1850; not in Catalogus (1843) with Appendix.
