Provenance: Possibly Padua, Benedictines, S. Justina; washed inscription on a2r in two Italian hands, one fifteenth- and one sixteenth-century: ‘Iste liber est congregationis S. Iu[stinae] R[ ] de Pr[ati]bus in [ ]'.
