[a1r] Philelphus, Franciscus: Satyrae [dedicated to Alphonsus de Aragona]. ‘Satyrarum Hecatostichon prima decas. Hecatosticha prima.’ Incipit: ‘[I]mmitem Canitille virum | qui funera Graiis | Mille tulit raptam cum desaeuiret amicam'. On [a1r] an eight-line initial ‘I' is supplied in blue, now completely washed, with red pen-work decoration extending into the margin to form a border. Other initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red; capital strokes in red.
