Wanting A1-7, [rum]1, and the blank leaf [rum]10.

Binding: Seventeenth-century(?) limp parchment over old pasteboards, lined with leaves from a printed folio choir breviary of the seventeenth century(?). Beside the original sewing the volume has been ‘stabbed and stitched' from the front to the back with four coarse threads.

Size: 377 × 250 × 55 mm.

Size of leaf: 374 × 249 mm.

Marginal notes, mainly extracting key words and summarizing the contents, and ‘nota' marks in two different early hands.

Provenance: In the upper margin of A8r an inscription in a late sixteenth-century(?) hand: ‘Con [ ] Ludovico Ramini(?)'. Purchased from Bottega Ambrosiana, Catalogue 10, no. 275, for 125.000 Lire (then £81), in Jan. 1976; see ledger (1975/6), no. 1083.
