Size of leaf: 202 × 139 mm.

Provenance: Steingaden, Bavaria, Premonstratensians, SS. Johannes Baptista et Evangelista; inscription on a1r: ‘In usum FF Staingadensium. 1649' immediately below ‘1685'; on the same leaf a stamped monogram ‘S C'. Duplicate from the Royal Library, Munich; ‘Dupl' and ‘2414' in pencil on recto and verso of the front endleaf. Acquired between 1847 and c.1892, probably in 1850; not in Catalogus (1843) with Appendix.
