Occasional marginal and interlinear notes in a sixteenth-century French(?) hand, correcting the text and punctuation, and supplying missing text.

Provenance: Charles Spencer (1674-1722), 3rd Earl of Sunderland; sale, lot 10456, and numbers on spine and front endleaf. Purchased through Quaritch for £0. 12. 0; see Library Bills, 13 Dec. 1882.
