Early manuscript title on [a1v]. Early signatures, in the form of arabic numerals in red: in gatherings [a–c] the first four leaves are signed 1-4, 5-8 and 9-12 respectively; in gathering [d] the first three leaves are signed 13-15.

Initials are supplied in red. Capital strokes in red.
