A1r Arnoldus de Villa Nova [pseudo-: Commentary]. Corrected by the doctors in medicine of the University of Montpellier in 1480, as stated in the opening of the text. Incipit: ‘Iste est libellus editus a doctoribus Salerniensibus in quo inscribuntur multa et diuersa pro conseruatione sanitatis humane, et editus est iste liber ad vsum regis Anglie . . .’ The commentary follows after every few lines of the text.
