Binding: Eighteenth-century gold-tooled red morocco, ‘S. Hyer. | Cont. | Jovin.' gold tooled at the head of the front cover. Gilt-edged leaves, marbled pastedowns, and light green silk bookmark.

Size of leaf: 186 × 133 mm.

On [d5v] a seventeenth-century(?) hand has expanded the abbreviation of the last four words of the text: ‘Per Christum Dominum Nostrum' in dark brown ink.

Paragraph marks and capital strokes are supplied in red.
