On m4v is added in the lower margin a prayer of Thomas à Kempis in an early (North French/Netherlandish?) hand in brown ink: ‘Adiuuet nos gratiam tuam omnipotens . . .’

Principal initials are supplied in blue within a ground of red pen-work decoration. Other initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red. Capitals touched with yellow wash.
