Binding: Eighteenth-century English, probably bound for Thomas Coke between 1718 and perhaps 1728. On both covers double gold fillets form a border, inside which is a roll of blind-tooled dentelle. On both covers the armorial stamp of Coke of Holkham, impaling Tufton: see Davenport, 122. Sprinkled red-edged leaves.
