Size of leaf: 278 × 191 mm.

Sixteenth-century folio numbering. On [t8v] in a sixteenth-century Italian(?) hand the note ‘Hic liber amore dei traditus(?) est'. A bookseller's pencilled note ‘18907' on the verso of the front endleaf.

Provenance: Pietro-Antonio Bolongaro-Crevenna (1735-1792)(?); perhaps the (rebound) Crevenna copy (‘grand in 4 vél'); see sale (1789) III, lot 4009, marked down to Payne for Fl. 200 (= £17. 10. 0). Purchased for £17. 10. 0; see Books Purchased (1790), 8.
