Binding: Nineteenth-century paper wrappers; yellow-edged leaves.

Size: 300 × 207 × 60 mm.

Size of leaf: 300 × 202 mm.

Some contemporary marginal notes, mainly structuring the text and extracting key words, in brown and red ink; also running sermon numbering in red ink: 1-45.

On a2r a 16-line initial ‘C' is supplied (Bavarian style) in azure on burnished gold grounds, the gilt with punch-dotting, the azure initial with curling acanthus leaves, within segmented frames of red and yellow, pale green and grey, and with fine foliate and floral border extensions including gold dotting. Other initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red; capital strokes in red.
