Frequent interlinear and marginal notes in brown or red ink in a cursive Italian hand c.1500, extracting key words and supplying corrections to the text, brackets, pointing hands, paragraph marks, ‘nota' signs, paraphrases, rhetorical terms, and references to other authors, including lines from Homer in Greek. Bibliographical notes in Italian in a nineteenth-century Italian hand on the rear pastedown.
