[l1r] Statuta synodalia siue diocesana Monasteriensia. Incipit: ‘[E]uerhardus dei gratia Monasteriensis episcopus uniuersis abbatibus . . . Meminimus nos plura statuta pro honestate . . .’ The statutes of Everard are followed by others issued by Otto, Ludovicus, Florentius, and Otto de Boya.

Binding: Nineteenth-century mottled calf, with two sets of gold fillets on the boards and gold-tooled spine; gilt-edged leaves; brown silk bookmark; bound by C. Murton. Scars of index tabs, now removed and the paper restored.

Size of leaf: 202 × 132 mm.

Some early signatures in brown ink are visible in the upper right-hand corner of the rectos. On [n8r] an early note in German in brown ink.

Provenance: Benjamin Heywood Bright (1788-1843); sale (3 Mar. 1845), lot 5399. Date of acquisition unknown; not identified in Books Purchased (1845) or Books Purchased (1846).
