[a2r] Sixtus, Episcopus Frisingensis: Statuta synodalia Frisingensia. [Prologue.] Incipit: ‘Statuta innouata recepta et de nouo edita in sinodo celebrata . . .’ It states that the synod was held by Sixtus, Bishop of Freising, in Freising in 1480.

Provenance: Probably a duplicate from the Royal Library, Munich; ‘5073' in pencil on [a1r]. Acquired between 1847 and c.1892; judging from the shelfmark, probably one of the ‘Munich duplicates' acquired in 1850; not in Catalogus (1843) with Appendix.
