Incipit: ‘[Q]uos decet in mensa mores seruare docemus | Virtuti ut studeas litterulisque simul'; elegiac distichs. This text was first printed in Badius' Sylvae Morales (Lyons: Johannes Trechsel, 14 Nov. 1492) (B‑001); included in Wimpheling, Adolescentia, ed. Herding, 286-9; see Henkel, Schultexte, 309-10.
