A single uncut folded sheet printed on one side only, containing on the half-sheet numbered 1 in pencil, right-hand side (signed ‘e'): Ter. An. 975-81, and the didascalia for Eunuchus; left-hand side: Ter. Ad. 591-610. On the half-sheet numbered 3 in pencil, right-hand side: Ter. Ad. 537-53; left-hand side: the anonymous summary of Eunuchus, incipit: ‘[M]eretrix adolescentem (cuius mutuo amore tenebatur) . . .' and Ter. Eu., prologus 1-14. All texts presented as prose.
