Incipit: ‘[Q]uoniam secundum Platonem nihil est ortum sub sole cuius causa legitima non precessit . . .’ The anonymous commentator states that ‘ . . . causa efficiens scientie huius libri dicitur fuisse magister Theobaldus doctor et episcopus qui istum librum simplicibus uerbis composuit'.

Initials are supplied in red; capital strokes in red.
