Size: 203 × 143 × 14 mm.

Size of leaf: 195 × 130 mm.

A few marginal notes, mainly extracting key words and providing corrections to the text, in an early humanist hand, probably German in brown ink. Bibliographical note on a1r in an eighteenth-century hand in brown ink. On the same leaf ‘N 12 | II | ;;' in brown ink and ‘N 12' in pencil.

Provenance: Augsburg, Bavaria, Augustinian Canons, S. Georgius; inscription on a1r: ‘S. Georgii Augustae'. Augsburg, Bavaria, Jesuits, S. Crux(?); the above inscription has later been altered to read ‘Coll. S. Crucis Augustae'. Duplicate from the Royal Library, Munich; ‘Dupl' and ‘2985' in pencil on front endleaf. Acquired between 1847 and c.1892, probably in 1850; not in Catalogus (1843) with Appendix.
