The colophon agrees with the second of Pellechet's variants, but is followed by the device in red.

Binding: Nineteenth-century gold-tooled diced russia; the gold stamp of the Bodleian Library on both covers; gilt-edged leaves; marbled pastedowns.

Size: 414 × 308 × 65 mm.

Size of leaf: 395 × 278 mm.

On [a1r] the heading is supplied in manuscript in red ink: ‘Incipit secunda secunde doctoris sancti Thome de Aquino. Questio prima de fide et eius obiectio quod est ueritas prima'.

On [a1r] an unfinished 11-line initial ‘P' is supplied in interlocked red and blue with reserved white decoration, the fine pen-work decoration surrounding the letter has not been finished; same pen-work decoration, in red ink, in the outer margin of the same leaf. Other initials, paragraph marks, and running ‘quaestio' numbers are supplied in red; capital strokes in red.
