Binding: Nineteenth-century German(?) paper boards covered with leaves from a liturgical manuscript on parchment, dyed dark blue; a similar binding is found on the BL copy: IB.9164. Gilt-edged leaves. ‘221' in brown ink on a circular white paper label pasted onto the upper left-hand corner of the front cover.

Size: 304 × 217 × 7 mm.

Size of leaf: 297 × 212 mm.

Initials, paragraph marks, and capital strokes touched with red.
