Size of leaf: 197 × 135 mm.

A few marginal notes, mainly extracting key words or references, in an early hand in brown ink. On F3v information is provided on another member of the de Witlich family, dating to 1587, probably in de Manderscheit's hand.

Provenance: Count Johannes de Manderscheit (sixteenth century); inscription on [*1r]: ‘Liber nobilis et generosi Comitis Johannis de Manderscheit'. Georg Franz Burkhard Kloß (1787-1854); book-label; sale (1835), lot 3614; purchased for £0. 4. 6; see Books Purchased (1835), 28.
