The pencilled number ‘68o’ upside down on the front pastedown. The number ‘20' in black ink on the rear pastedown.

Provenance: Lucca, Chierici Regolari della Madre di Dio, S. Maria Curtis Orlandingorum [= Corteorlandini]; see book-stamp with surrounding inscription: ‘S. P. Coelicoae de Luca'. Giacomo Lucchesini (1753-1820); erased name on front pastedown. Purchased in Florence via D. A. Talboys, Oxford, for £0. 9. 0; see Books Purchased (1832) 23, and Library Bills (1829-32), no. 446.
