By errors of imposition the text of [a4v] has changed places with [a7r], and [a5r] with [a6v].

Binding: Nineteenth-century blind-tooled half calf with black cloth over pasteboards; bound for the Bodleian Library. Parchment index tab on [a2].

Size: 275 × 207 × 8 mm.

Size of leaf: 268 × 195 mm.

A contemporary hand has noted in the lower margin of [a1r] the errors of imposition of the printer: ‘Nota in hoc tractatulo per impressorem facta est notabilis foliorum transpositio et inordinata ordinatio . . .' The pages have been reordered by adding a letter of the alphabet on each page according to the proper order; the same hand has also corrected the text both in the margin and in the interlinear spaces. ‘2.' in brown ink in the upper right-hand corner of [a1r].
