Copious marginal notes in brown ink a sixteenth-century Italian hand, mainly extracting personal names and key words, and supplying brackets and underlining. A few notes in darker ink in another sixteenth-century Italian hand, supplying corrections to the text and ‘nota' marks, and summarizing passages. Both hands also annotated the second item (F‑032).
Initals are supplied in blue, paragraph marks in blue or red.
