Binding: Blind-tooled calf, c.1700, rebacked. The gold stamp of the Bodleian Library on both covers. Sprinkled red-edged leaves.

Frequent marginal and interlinear annotations to Ecl., G., and the first half of A. in a contemporary English hand, mainly supplying underlining, synonyms, and pen-trials, and extracting key words and phrases from Servius' commentary. A few notes in later hands in English and Latin, providing glosses and comments on A. Notes in a late sixteenth/early seventeenth-century hand on A. 1.
