Incipit: ‘Be it knowen to alle true cristen peple to whom this present writyng shal come se or here Thomas Whete . . .’ Letter of confraternity for benefactors of the Monastery of the Holy Cross (Crutched Friars), issued by the Prior, Thomas Whete, after the destruction of the monastery by fire.
