Fragment of two leaves only, b4 (front endleaf, signed) and b5 (rear endleaf, signature identified in an unsigned pencil note on the front pastedown by David Rogers).

Size of fragments: 278 × 200 × 57 mm.

Binding: (of M 10. 7 Th.): Seventeenth-century English calf (fillets only); rebacked; two ties lost. Formerly chained: staple-marks of a hasp at the head of the lower cover.

Size: 285 × 212 × 57 mm.

Size of leaf: 276 × 201 mm.

Early marginal annotations in the outer margin of b5.

Provenance: (of M 10. 7 Th.): Thomas Ferrers (sixteenth/seventeenth century). Presented by Ferrers, after 1605; inscription on *1r: ‘Dono dedit Thomas Ferrers mercator Londinensis Publicæ Bibliothecæ Oxon'; ‘7' (shelfmark) written across the fore-edge in black ink; this shelfmark has been allocated to a different book in James, Catalogus (1605); acquired by 1620: see James, Catalogus (1620), 340, under ‘Ambr. Montesino'.
